PROCESS

Stage One - Preparation
The surface is sanded and prepped for primer and base coat. Once prepped the item is moved into the spray booth for primer, dry time, base coat, and additional dry time.

Stage 2 - Print Application
The print that the customer has chosen for their item is laid on top of the water and spayed with the activator in the design tank. The item is carefully placed into the design tank, fully submerging the item into the water.

Stage 3 - Clean
Carefully rinsed to remove all excess glue and film from the dipping process. Dry time.

Stage 4 - Final Coating
The item is returned to the spray booth for application of the customer selected final coating. Dry time.

Stage 5 - Return to Customer
Item is packaged into the original shipping box that it was received. The shipment back to the customer will be shipped via UPS and can be insured at the customers request and expense.
